“Code Lebanon” is an initiative launched by the Nuh Foundation, which aims at providing infant formula for 5,000 children under one year of age, in 9 Lebanese regions.
Motif team worked with Nuh Foundation to create a web portal to allow people in need to easily register for the collection of donations.
We created the flows and architecture that are focused on providing the best experience for the users and also the Code Lebanon team who will distribute the items onsite in the collection centers across Beirut city.
The booking website had to be easy enough to use for people who might not speak English or might not speak Arabic. Our team designed it in two languages shown upfront to make it easier for the users.
The system was designed in a way to allow Code Lebanon to launch new future campaigns using the same solution. It breaks the complex booking process into easy steps and allows the user to pick the convenient time slot and distribution center. Upon registration each user gets a unique QR code to show at their appointment, that can be also used for future bookings.
Responsiveness for the booking system is extremely important, especially considering the target audience who might not have access to either desktop or mobile devices. Our team ensured it is easily accessible on any modern platform.
