The challenge was to build an engaging audience to increase the ROI and gain loyal customers.
Starting from analysing the online behaviors of coffee lovers and cafes goers in Doha, we created our content plan considering that social media users are in the habit of sharing food and drink posts regularly.
We presented the richness of the menu by classifying the menu items into three main categories; Specialty coffee, Sweets and regular coffees. We applied different tactics to target each category’s audience separately using interactive, creative and appealing visuals. In addition to running contests in order to increase the visits.
