Social Media Account Manager

Motif Agency is working to establish a proven business model and facilitate the resources to maintain a leadership position in the social media space and to grow the business as the market explodes. We are rapidly growing our team to meet the incredible market opportunity ahead of us.
You will be responsible for assisting our top customers and prospects build their social media strategies and Social CRM initiatives. Specifically, you will work closely with our global sales team to prepare proposals, strategies and close Social Media sales opportunities. As the individual who represents Motif Agency and drives the revenue of our firm, you must be self-starting, passionate and knowledgeable about the social media landscape, have the ability to manage a large pipeline, with a focus on achieving results within deadlines.


  • Design Social Media marketing and audience engaging strategies for the different accounts that you manage and take all the necessary majors to deliver the plan within deadlines.
  • Work with our top customers and the leading global brands on their Social Media initiatives.
  • Collaborate and co-sell with our Sales & Management teams, as well as cross functionally across the agency.
  • Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to support Sales & Management and demonstrate high level overview of application architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing internal reporting and analysis.
  • Assist Management in defining and identifying potential sales targets and opportunities for expansion in new markets.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience successfully managing Social Media accounts in a similar job environment.
  • Significant knowledge of common marketing tactics and practices within major Social Networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Google+, Flickr, Youtube, Instagram and emerging platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
  • Excellent writing, language, and communication skills
  • Blogging, responsible for opinionated, stylish writing and frequently posting new content to the internet, this may also include writing for special events, press releases and newsletters.
  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
  • Knowledge of Adobe Social, Joomla and Wordpress a plus
  • Knowledge of Arabic Language a plus


  • You are expected to work from our office which is based in central London, however you can work from home on some occasion.
  • You are expected to deliver 40 hours of work per week
  • Salary is £25k
