Building a digital presence for a new Indian Bistro opening in Doha with launching awareness campaigns and curating suitable content.
Farzi Café is a modern Indian bistro conceived by the famous Indian Chef Mr. Jiggs Kalra with franchises around the world.
Our goal was to build a digital presence from scratch for Farzi Cafe Doha. However, in a buzzing city such as Doha, the challenge was to build a loyal fan base through digital marketing to increase ROI.
Focusing on Farzi’s strength points we created our strategy to run a catchy engaging account.
When a new business opens in a market, its digital presence must be catchy and engaging. With Farzi Cafe we focused on the illusion it creates with its cuisine in addition to the variety of colors and flavors of its menu.
In collaboration between the photography team and content creators, we planned and launched an awareness campaign to create a buzz about the opening beside the regular posts on three platforms; Instagram, Facebook & Snapchat to maximize our reach.
To engage and interact with our audience, we ran a number of competitions as well as highlighted Farzi Cafe’s menu as an interactive story on Instagram, our main platform.
To add more “Spice” to our content we focused on Farzi’s smoke, an important item Farzi adds to their dishes and it definitely added excitement to the revealing of their dishes on social media. Our content creators highlighted the artistic side of the business along with their flavourful food and classy restaurant.
During our time working with Farzi Cafe, the restaurant became well known in Doha and our strategy resulted in having Farzi in people’s mind whenever they think of having a special and different dinner. We gained a loyal customer base who constantly visit the restaurant and are highly engaged on the platforms.
